5. Certification & Internship
- Free internships include limited access to mentorship and tools.
- Paid internships include project work, mentorship, and certificate (subject to attendance and submission).
- Certificates are awarded based on successful completion of evaluation criteria.
6. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials or course material with non-registered users
- Record, distribute, or publish class content without permission
- Misuse the forum or engage in abusive, defamatory, or unlawful activity
- Violate any applicable laws while using our platform
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, course materials, videos, assignments, and graphics are the property of TuxAcademy and may not be reused, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

- Career outcomes dependent on external factors beyond our control
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P.
